Chip Lunde is a member of the Mutual Fund & Investment Advisers industry group at Jorden Burt. He concentrates on matters pertaining to variable insurance products and investment company securities. He counsels life insurance companies, investment companies, investment advisers and broker-dealers on federal and state securities laws.

Mr. Lunde's experience extends to drafting and preparing registration statements, proxy statements, SEC exemptive applications, and annual prospectus updates related to variable annuity products, mutual funds, and variable life insurance products.

Mr. Lunde also advises clients in contract negotiations between mutual funds and their service providers, as well as between mutual funds and participating life insurance companies.

Mr. Lunde advises on issues pertaining to the use of electronic media, advertising and marketing.
