Elizabeth M. Bohn is a partner and trial attorney in the Miami office of JORDEN BURT LLP where her practice focus includes complex commercial litigation, creditors' rights and bankruptcy. She has over 20 years' experience representing banks, finance companies, lenders and other creditors in state, federal and bankruptcy court litigation. She is a frequent speaker on loan workout, creditors' rights and bankruptcy issues and has lectured on topics including federal and state Fair Debt Collection laws, secured transactions, loan workout issues, enforcement of judgments and bankruptcy law. Ms. Bohn also has substantial practice and trial experience in lender liability, insurance, contract disputes, employer-employee disputes including wrongful termination, fraud, defense of consumer claims and P & C defense.
