Jason Gould represents insurance companies and financial institutions in a range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States, including substantial class action litigation. Mr. Gould has extensive experience in securities and consumer fraud litigation; bad faith claims; litigation relating to sales practices and post-sale administration of insurance and investment products; all types of regulatory and state statutory violations, including unfair competition and deceptive trade practices claims; high-risk punitive damages litigation; and appellate litigation. Mr. Gould also has expertise in broker-dealer regulatory and compliance issues, and has served as lead counsel in numerous FINRA securities arbitrations.
