He has represented insurers and other financial institutions in a variety of complex matters, including major market conduct class action litigation and litigation involving claims brought under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act. Mr. Jorden has extensive experience representing U.S. and foreign clients involved in transnational disputes.
