Steve Voudris is a litigation Partner in the Firm's Miami office with a national practice focusing on the defense of financial institutions. He specializes in complex commercial litigation and class-action defense work involving allegations of fraud, concealment, deceptive trade practices, false advertising, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract. Additionally, he has extensive intellectual property litigation experience. His practice includes trying cases, drafting and arguing successful motions to dismiss and for summary judgment, and mediating and arbitrating disputes.
Mr. Voudris is also a skilled appellate lawyer, having participated in appeals before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Fourth, Fifth and Eleventh Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals, and state appellate courts in Florida, Mississippi, Ohio, Texas, and West Virginia.
