MENTORING AND TRAINING
JORDEN BURT is committed to the professional development of its attorneys. The Firm recognizes that professional development is critically important in maintaining the high quality of legal services for which the Firm is known. Moreover, professional development ensures the growth of the Firm and strengthens its client relationships.
JORDEN BURT provides internal training programs, outside seminars, and constant professional education through its Practice Teams. All associates (and partners) prepare an annual professional development plan which is reviewed and facilitated by the mentors and practice team leaders.
JORDEN BURT also maintains a mentoring program which pairs each associate with a partner-mentor to guide the associate and assist with professional development. Mentors are charged with taking an active interest in seeing our associates are continually expanding their knowledge base and legal experience. The partners discuss, critique, and encourage each associate to include valuable training experience in the associates' annual professional development plan.
