The June 21, 2004 decision dispenses with two separate lawsuits—Aetna Health Inc. v. Davila and CIGNA HealthCare of Texas, Inc. v. Calad—in which individuals sought damages allegedly arising from the refusal of petitioner HMOs to cover certain medical treatments under respondents' employee ben­efit plans.
